E. Doris Chalstrey Smith Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established in 1997 by George Charles & Beryl Smith, son and daughter-in-law of E. Doris Chalstrey Smith, to recognize and support their neighbors on the Tuscarora Indian Reservation. Applicants can be current or incoming students with a 2.5 GPA and an enrolled member of the Tuscarora Nation.
